Today’s reading focuses on letting go of the past. Pullingyourself through the grieving process for feelings, people, places, and even ideasthat you have left behind, banishing roadblocks, creating positive changes andmoving forward, grounded and centered.
The grief candle is a gentle reminder to release past loss. Whethera loved one, friend, business, dream or idea…allow yourself to mourn it’spassing from your life. Permit yourself to cry, scream…to be angry. Let thefear and confusion flood out. Reach out to spirit, friends and counselors; letthem help you overcome. Process and clear so that you can move forward.
Now that you have sufficiently grieved, it’s time to banishthe negative blocks your emotions have created. Change your energy, and yourthought process. The outcome isn’t set, so work it to your benefit! Burn theNeeded Changes/Banishing candle to clean out your spiritual closet. Send awaywhat you no longer need and reel in positive change.
Meditation is about experiencing the depth of your soul,bringing clarity and wholeness to every part of your life. Let go of thenegative chatter, and visualize love, peace and prosperity. Ground and centeryourself, then watch all that you need and desire manifest.
Spend some time this week working through past hurt,bringing in the grounded mindset you need to move forward and attract positivechange.
